Plaster: External - Double coat sand faced cement plaster. Internal - Single coat cement with neeru .nish.

Flooring: Vitri.ed tiles in all common areas & bedrooms. Toilet dado and .oor will have Ceramic tiles.

Doors: All the doors will have .rst quality wood frames. External doors will be of powder coated Aluminium and / or .rst quality wood.

Windows: Windows will be of powder coated Aluminium with Aluminium .ttings.

Kitchen: The Kitchen will have a cooking platform with black granite top. Stainless steel sink with single bowl will be provided.

Internal Decor: The walls will be painted with acrylic paint. Doors will have melamine .nish.

External Decor: External walls will be painted with cement paint.

Plumbing & Sanitary: Sanitaryware make will be of American Standards or equivalent. Fittings of premium Jaquar or equivalent.
